This has been one of the most active storm weeks Kansas City has seen this spring. Wednesday night brought heavy rain and thunderstorms that dumped up to 8 inches of water south and southeast of the metro, triggering flash flood warnings across Cass, Bates, Henry, and Johnson Counties in Missouri.
